HOME-IN offer a nine month Norwich Union deferred payment agreement as standard on all our packs allowing you to focus your finances on other elements of the moving process. The cost of the deferred payment scheme is only a one off payment of £55 + pack price. In addition to the deferred payment plan, insurances are available to extend the validity period of the searches from three months to nine months. At only £15 this is great value for money to protect you from any additional search costs if your property does not sell within the first three months.

At £285 + VAT our pack offers great value for money in the market place allowing you to take control of your own pack and then choose your preferred estate agent. Remember – this is an independent pack, consider the conditions attached to cheaper or “free” HIP’s supplied by some companies. These often involve tie in’s with their marketing, mortgage or insurance products. A small saving on the HIP purchase could cost you hundreds in inflated product interest rates.

HOME-IN recommends you consider the inclusion of a coal search. This document is not a mandatory element of the pack so you are not obliged to have one included. We would however recommend you consider its inclusion as generally all local areas are influenced by mining activities. Should you not take this option we would expect that the purchaser’s conveyance solicitors would request one at a later stage, bringing the selling process to a halt. HOME-IN is happy to supply this search at a cost price of £30 to encourage
its inclusion and encourage smoother conveyance.
