For Mortgage Brokers

Our proposition gives you all the tools and support you need to offer a high quality HIP to your clients. We aim to deliver great quality service and value for money through the use of technology, backed by a high quality, local personal service.  As a Mortgage Intermediary although you are not directly responsible for the existence of a HIP, our proposition has been designed with you and your clients in mind, making the integration of HIPs into your business as easy as possible.

Choose your own pricing model – you can discount the cost of the HIP to incorporate the sale of your core business or add margin to generate additional income.

  • Choice of your own company branded, HOME-IN branded, or non branded HIP.
  • Choice of format - USB, CD, Web based or printed.
  • Ability to communicate with your clients via email, SMS text message or letter.

Should you have any queries you will be supported by a dedicated HOME-IN employee.

It is widely accepted that potential sellers may be deterred from purchasing a HIP because they will have to pay for it before the property is marketed.  To help you overcome this barrier we have a simple financing option for you to offer your clients, at no risk to you. Your clients can choose to pay when they place their order or defer payment.
Any margin you choose to add to the HIP will not be affected by your client’s choice of payment terms, which protects your cash flow.

We recognise that speed of obtaining a HIP will be an important factor for you and your clients.  Your clients will be eager to sell their property as soon as possible and a delay in the production of the HIP means they will be unable to market the property. Our ordering system begins production of the HIP immediately after you submit your order.  The system allows users to track progress of the HIP. In addition HOME-IN has the added advantage of having directly employed inspectors ensuring the fast completion of energy assessments (target 4 days to complete inspections), essential for pack progress and the earliest possible marketing.
